Aletheiology - The Study of The Truth
Yesterday, today, and tomorrow Aletheia Foundation exists and is dedicated to holistic self-health education and research bringing forth the integration of body, brain, mind, and spirit. By achieving health, joy and harmony, individuals and society are transformed. Our programs synthesize the findings of science, and the revelations of spirituality. We provide resources and services through research, education, networking and public advocacy.
Aletheia Foundation was founded by Jack Schwarz, pioneer in the holistic health field-educator, philosopher, N.D., author, minister, and humanitarian - an example of divine love realized. He was known as a Western Yogi for his self-regulation abilities (biofeedback and voluntary controls), active meditation techniques, human energy fields abilities (aura and rays), human energy centers abilities (chakras), optimal and alternative health (medicine), teaching of the importance of energy and radiance, spirit, mind, brain, and body studies, healing, and humanistic psychology. Jack Schwarz was often called a healer at which he would reply that he could only give you a map to heal yourself and refused the title of healer. His greatest gift was his example of divine love realized.
"Jack Schwarz is a rare resource for each of us and the world community. Trying to understand the nature of his abilities, Jack has assembled techniques which, if practiced, assist us to attain our optimum health. His work is three-fold - physical, cognitive, and spiritual...
Philosophically, he teaches the three-fold personal universe consisting of the subconscious, conscious and paraconscious. He reminds us that the paraconscious, our higher self, speaks through the body. And he reminds us to listen to its subtle voice, to integrate and accept both body and soul and to deeply appreciate the power of thought. Yet, he reminds us to go beyond "thinking" to spontaneous expression of knowing. Here is perhaps his greatest gift to his interns and students - (teaching them) to trust their (own) knowing, their (own) realizations."
